Indian Tabac Cameroon Toro Grande
Well, that does it! For this whole political season, I have tried to remain neutral with regards to my comments concerning the Presidential race. However, the other day I was pushed over the edge and I am still fuming. I must share my frustration and apologize in advance if I offend anyone. The other day I stepped outside on a beautiful warm fall afternoon to fire up an Indian Tabac Cameroon. When out of the corner of my eye, I noticed that my McCain/ Palin yard sign was missing. I am not pissed that someone has stolen my sign, but they took that one in particular. Currently, I have eight yard signs representing every candidate from the Recorder of Deeds to County Board to US Congress to US Senate. Yes, they are all Republican. So why, did the perpetrator just take the McCain sign and not all of them? This was a clear violation of my right to free speech. I feel disenfranchised! I can't take it anymore! Where is the ACLU when you need them?
On top of it all, my good cigar smoking buddy informs me that he is voting for the Socialist, Barry Obama! I promptly informed Big John that he is now cut off from all freebies! I will have to pay for higher taxes as a result of his vote and I can't support his smoking habit any longer. Something will have to give and his free cigars are the first to go. I reminded John that for every action there is a reaction and his cigar pastime will suffer from his actions. Sorry!
In response to the thief who stoled my McCain sign, I have one thing to say. I Back Mac! Anyone who reads this non-important review, please go out and vote tomorrow. Please vote for the candidate that will reduce taxes, cut government, provide security and support your individual pleasures such as cigar smoking, hunting, investment, etcetera, etcetera. I believe that candidate is John McCain. Therefore, MonkeyDan & CigarMonkey, Inc. fully endorse Senator John McCain for President of the United States of America. I was not going to make a public endorsement, but stealing my sign went over the line. I hope everyone understands.
Back to the subject at hand, my Indian Tabac Cameroon Toro Grande was my only comfort that afternoon. While I sat on my porch trying to figure out why someone would steal my McCain/Palin sign, I admired the distinct appearance of this cigar. It is constructed with a Brazilian Mata Fina binder and Dominican Corojo fillers. It is then finished with an African Cameroon wrapper. The wrapper had a light brown to tan marble shade. It looked pretty unique and I was anxious to see how it smoked. The Indian Tabac Cameroon fired up easy but fought an even burn all the way through the nub. It never did correct itself even with some effort on my part. The draw was effortless and the taste was plain. It is a very medium to mild smoke with hints of cedar and toast. The Indian Tabac Cameroon Toro Grande measures an impressive 6.25 x 54. They come in a box of 25 for about $75. For a three dollar smoke these were not that bad. At the time, I was looking for something a little stronger and this clearly was not the one. It did have a burn issue but nothing catastrophic. It held a decent size ash and required no relighting. The Indian Tabac Cameroon Toro Grande helped ease my nerves that afternoon and therefore I am grateful. Will I fire up another? Yes! It's only three bucks.

Dan, I feel for you. Seems free speech is a must unless it goes against what you believe, go figure. Of course you are from Obama's home town so you should have seen that coming! You could have hooked up a car battery to the metal pegs... I have only seen one of his signs in my little town of Indiana.
God be with us tomorrow.

Well Monkey Dan, I don't agree with your politics, I do not believe in hyjacking a person's right to free speech. Now back to cigars. I like this cigar and although not a great cigar, I liked the flavor profile(simple, but good)and pefect draw and great burn. I got these online bidding for about a buck each. A good cigar for my long commute. I think you run a heck of a good site.

Sticks- one of the main reasons I fire up cigars is to help me relax and unwind from all the political BS that is flying around. ALL politicians can go to hell. I am going to the cigar shop. Thanks for your comments and support.
